What do we do?
Tile Works by Rich and Sons provides and installs tile products for regional builders in new home communities in the tri-state areas of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We continually push the envelope to deliver the newest tile products and install them utilizing the latest technology, equipment, and eco-friendly materials available on the market.
What Do We Install?
We use the finest ceramic tile, marble tile, natural stone, ceramic mosaics, glazed and unglazed tile, porcelain tile, tumbled stone, travertine, decorative metal, custom and glass tile for all of our projects. Tile Works by Rich and Sons carefully and professionally installs each project as if it were in our own home.
Where do we install our tile products?
Primarily working for builders and developers, we find ourselves in kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, family rooms, dining rooms, laundry rooms, mud rooms and even some outdoor spaces. As far as floors, walls and ceilings, Tile Works by Rich and Sons has got you covered.

As a family owned business, Rich Hernandez prides himself in the reputation the company has built over time. Rich’s sons Richie, Ryan, and Robert also work in the family business. Over the past ten years they have gained more responsibility within the business as well as on site, managing the clients and part of an elite group of (CTI) Certified Tile Installers. Each day begins and ends with a family gathering which includes drinking coffee and talking about the daily events on each project site. The strength of the company is built around hard work and a stronger work ethic.
